3 babies and now 48! I want my two piece swimsuits to no longer be tankinis!!! Had my 2nd consultation on February 15,after having scheduled it in September. Yes it took me that long just for the consultation. He's in high demand and from my first impression 5 years ago and with the current research on his practice; the results speak for themselves. Now 3 month after the initial consultation, my my pre-op was scheduled. ( However during this waiting period , i was given access to wonderful presentations,videos, social media groups full EVERYTHING COSMETICS SURGERY PREPARED!!!!) Now Pre op finally arrives and included is a quick Q&A with coordinator (a must!!! So helpful), the horrid before photos, a brief medical review and quick one one with Surgeon to ask any last minute questions. And of COURSE the MOULAH!!!$$$. So I must say I have had pleasant experiences thus far. Next appt via phone. Medical Review.

Intense tightness around the waist area. Painful to move in any direction. I began antibiotics, that’s been added to my pain med,Tylenol, Motrin , zofran, and gabapentin. This is the day i begin to notice a bit of itching after taking the pain meds so now Benadryl has been added. I walked a few mins every 2 hours while awake to keep my blood circulating, I’m still wearing the compression socks from surgery. Did not have much of appetite today but i managed to eat a few pieces of watermelon and small bowl of rice. I purchased a silicone urinal(sooooo helpful) and a lung exerciser. So far so good

Very rough night. I couldn’t get comfortable. My meds were definitely taken practically around the clock to ease the pain and discomfort.

As of post op day 20. I can now sleep longer than 2 hr increments ( this since stopping rx pain meds at post op day 7). Tightness and swelling still present. Doesn’t hurt as much to laugh, however a bit of discomfort coughing and sneezing. I take ibuprofen or Tylenol as needed, which usually once daily.

I had a breast lift, abdominoplasty with muscle repair and liposuction to flanks. Dr. Pyle did a fantastic job. I love my results. The staff at Amelia Aesthetics is wonderful also.
Recovery from tummy tuck was 6 weeks. Back to work at 2 weeks. Feeling myself again at 10 weeks.

Absolutely amazing bedside manner, and very talented surgeon. Not only was he great, but the entire staff was caring, considerate and helpful every step of the way. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pyle and Amelia Aesthetics.

I have always been top-heavy all my life. I have always wanted a breast reduction And knew a few people who had it done by insurance. I finally got enough courage to decide to go I have a consultation. I went through and spoke with my PCP first who referred me to a plastic surgeon. According to Insurance they require so much to be taken out of your breast in order for insurance to be able to cover it therefore in order for me to get a breast reduction it would have brought me to a very small C cup and I was refusing to go that small. I chose Amelia anesthetics and I'm so glad that I did. Dr. Pyles listened to exactly what it was that I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. 

I can't say enough Dr Pyle and his caring staff. My husband and I felt comfortable as soon as we walked in the office. The office was so clean and modern. The front desk staff were nice and super helpful. Jessica came to get me for images. She instantly made me feel comfortable. This meant a lot to me being I had been so uncomfortable with my body for so many years. The consult was way more then I expected. Dr Pyle listened to my expectations and was considerate of all my "wants and needs". He was very informative and answered all my questions. It's very rare to have a doctor listen to you. Never pushy and honest. After my consult, I cancelled all my other consults....No need! I found the surgeon for me! The procedure day came and I was greeted with the same professional staff. The anesthesiologist eased all my nerves and had me super comfortable before the procedure. Loved her! Dr Pyle met with me prior to surgery and helped ease my anxiety as well. My surgery went well and Dr Pyle and his staff were there for me every step of my recovery. I’m so happy with my results. I am 8 weeks post-op and for the first time in many years, have my confidence back! I would recommend Dr Pyle and his staff to anyone! 10 out of 10!

I've been researching a tummy tuck for years. I have 3 teenagers & now that they don't need me as much, I decided to do something for me!! My surgeon was awesome, very informative, & of course optimistic of my results. My tummy tuck was drainless, had upper & lower muscle repair, lipo of my sides, inner thighs, & upper arms.

My surgeon Dr Pyle is amazing!!! He is caring, experienced, & attentive. I’m so glad I chose him. I will say in all the pre-op, no one truly prepared me for how tough recovery was. I cried many tears, but never regretted my decision!! I’d do it again!

I have suggestions for anyone going in for the same procedures I did. Hope you have a wonderful journey.

*The #1 best thing I did....Rent a recliner that is electric with a remote that will automatically lie you up & down, bring your feet up & down. You don’t want to do any twisting. I slept in mine for 3 weeks.
*Use your arms to pull up. There will be no control in your abdomen & you will cry if you try. Trust me on that!!
*Take the pain meds just like prescribed. Don’t think you won’t need it. When the pain is bad, it’ll be hard to get it under control.
*Constipation...is real just from having anesthesia & pain meds. Colace should be started as soon as you’re home. If you get no help, Fleets enemas are helpful.
*The purple hotdog bun....your va-jay-jay will be dark purple for the first week. Oh & it’s swollen. Don’t look..just don’t.
*Showers feel good & help loosen you up. Take one as many times are you are allowed.
*Be prepared for swell hell. Lots of it. It takes time to go down so always wear the compression. It actually helps hold you tight & will feel better.
*Arnicare gel & easy melt tabs will help your bruising. Also helps pain naturally. I took them regularly at week 3 when I stopped most of my pain meds.
*Some doctors do not believe in them but I did lymphoma massages starting at week 3. It helped with the swelling.
*I needed 24/7 care for the first week. The next week, I could move easier, but still needed some help. Week 3 I was good. Still sore & swollen, but mobile.

My experience with Dr. Pyle was nothing less than exceptional. Not only is he a truly amazing surgeon, his entire team is amazing. From the kind women at the front office, to the amazing nurses and patient care specialists, the entire staff made me feel so welcome and cared for! Dr. Pyle was not the first surgeon I went to, and I’m glad I ended up with him. His before and after results were the best I’d seen, and he was the only surgeon to sit with me for as long as I needed to make me feel comfortable with going into the surgery, answering question after question with more detail than any surgeon had before, Dr. Pyle left me more comfortable going into a plastic surgery than I am with even a simple dental cleaning. That’s how good he and his team are! I can’t recommend him highly enough. The entire experience from my first consultation appointment to my last post-op check up was nothing less than exceptional.

As long as I can remember, I’ve never had a flat stomach. I gave birth to a large baby in my teenage years. I’ve had self esteem issues ever since. I’m in my 40’s now and opted for a tummy tuck w/ musk repair, lipo of flanks and bra line. I couldn’t be more ecstatic at my results. I’m 24 days post-op and very happy, thin, flat and in shape! I’ve have gained the motivation I needed to work out more and take better care of myself. Even though i still have some swelling and tightness, my body has been transformed and look sooo good! I can’t wait to wear a bikini!

I could not have asked for a better experience and surgical staff than Dr. Jeremy Pyle in Raleigh NC. Every time I walk pass a mirror, I have to take a double look because I can’t believe this is my new body! This summer I wore a bikini for the first time in over 20 years! I’ve never felt so confident! The only thing that I would change about my experience is the liposuction of the flanks and braline. I wish that it was more aggressive. I see a difference but I still have rolls in the braline area. There is also small pockets of fat in my flanks. During my follow up appointment Dr. Pyle mentioned that he will offer me cool sculpting free of charge. Cool Sculpting will smooth out the small pockets of fat. Overall I would do this again in a heartbeat! Dr. Pyle is the best hands down!

Still very happy 10 months post op! My scar is fading perfectly and I’m still shrinking! I only downside is that I should have had full back lipo. Also, occasionally my abdomen will itch and I can’t find the location to scratch because I’m still mildly numb. So glad I went to Dr. Pyle!

I was referred to Dr Pyle after 8 hrs of mohs procedure. Oh my, Dr Clark, who not only did my mohs, taught at Duke, referred me to Jeremy... at 5pm on a weekday, I had an appt with Dr Pyle at 530 and went straight to the OR the next day for reconstructive surgery , I showed up with a hole in my nose. Etc etc
I live in va beach now and have seen 3 amazing plastic surgeons for opinions (which I worked with in the Or as a nurse ) and they are in awe of his work. I was 37 yrs old. When I had my skin cancer reconstructive surgery He is brilliant and I can’t thank him enough for his work and compassion

From the moment I sat in Dr. Pyle’s office I knew he was the surgeon for me. He made me feel very comfortable and he is super nice. I was very nervous going in to surgery but he and the surgical staff made me feel so at ease. The patient coordinator was friendly and talkative and I never felt rushed about anything. The nurses and the front office always have smiling faces and just made the experience that much better. I am 11 dpo and I already love my results, it is truly life changing thanks to Dr. Pyle.
