I went with 900cc saline implants. The implants are up to my collar bone, and spreading into my armpits and back! I just want them to drop And look normal. Im a "big boned" girl and the implants spreading into my arm pits make me look like the Hulk!

Answer: Uncertain Outcome Hello, It is unknown when or if your implants will settle into position. The main factor keeping them up is the tissue strength of your breasts' lower pole tissue, i.e. the part from the nipple to fold. That area will need to expand tremendously to accommodate your oversized implants. This may or may not happen. Time will tell. Best of luck!

Answer: Breasts need time to drop and fluff At one week you are about 5 percent settled, healed, shaped, softened, dropped and fluffed. "Drop and fluff" refers to the fact that as the skin stretches and the muscles relax, the implants move down and out slowly – about 1 percent a day. It’ll be about six weeks before they even begin to settle down, but they’ll be close to 80 percent settled at three months. Watching their progress is like watching your hair grow. You don’t see a difference in your hair growth daily, but all of a sudden you need a haircut. Be patient after surgery. Give yourself a few months before making a judgment about your surgical results. You won't know the outcome until then. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author Phila., Pa.
