I'm officially 7 months post op and can truly say that Dr. Brown changed my life. He and his team went above and beyond to make me feel safe and confident in my decision. Our consult was incredibly in depth and they were able to get me on the schedule within 2 months. The surgical team took great care of me day of and provided fantastic follow up care. The medical assistants at the office were my daily point of contact ensuring that Dr. Brown and his team were reviewing my pictures and that my healing was moving along as expected.

Every day I get to wake up in a body that feels like home because I trusted Dr. Brown and his team. I cannot recommend them enough.

Unfortunately I got laid off from my job but fortunately I used the down time wisely and decided to get a neck and lower face lift before landing a new job. Interviewed 3 doctors and was most comfortable with Dr Brown and staff. He listened to exactly what I wanted and did not try to upsell with any additional procedures. He is an artist and I ended up with the exact look I requested - a refreshed me. When someone told me I looked healthy I knew he nailed it.

Choosing Dr. Brown was the best decision I could have made for my breast implant removal. I had been in pain for a few months, my right breast was swollen, tender and visibly ugly. An MRI showed a capsular contracture and I really needed to get that removed. I've been looking for a doctor that I'm comfortable with and that I'm confident about the results after my surgery. I am completely happy with the end result of my surgery. My scar was perfect! Doctor Brown's team members were incredible and caring before, during, and after the surgery. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Brown is incredible. As a non-binary individual, I came to him for a gender affirming top surgery (a radical reduction). Despite the fact that he does not necessarily advertise himself as a gender affirming surgeon, at every step in the process I felt so respected and affirmed. I am a 42 y/o who breastfed 20+ years ago and had a very saggy C sized chest with very large areolas and nipples. I told him I wanted to be as small as possible while preserving the nipple pedicle and not only did he accomplish this, I am just in love with the way they look. They couldn’t be more perfect (resized nipples and areolas, probably A sized chest which I can either make flat with a sports bra or go without if I want something there, minimal scarring). I am experiencing absolute gender euphoria. I also want to add that as someone who has never had surgery I was very nervous about the whole process and Dr. Brown and his team go above and beyond to make the process so trauma-informed, comfortable and as minimally invasive as possible. I actually enjoyed it!! I had virtually no pain after surgery even though I never took a single painkiller. They were available to me via text all the time, responded promptly and were always so kind and supportive. I enjoyed the whole process so much and would 100% recommend Dr. Brown for anyone who wants to undergo a gender affirming radical reduction.

I would leave Dr. Brown a hundred stars if that was possible! I had a breast lift done almost 9 months ago and could not be happier. I had consultations with several surgeons who told me my boobs were too far gone to just get a lift, that I would need an implant and mesh bra internally and all this junk I did NOT want. Dr. Brown took his time and assured me I did not need implants, however this was a very bad case and took several hours in the OR. I am 38, since 7th grade I was a DDD, then through pregnancy and breastfeeding I went up to a HHH, then the last several years they just deflated to sad empty skin sacks. I had so much extra skin that needed to be removed, and my nipple had to be moved up 6 inches. Let me tell you.. It was the best money I ever have spent and I would do it again and again!! I didn’t lose ANY nipple sensation, I’m still a DD, they are perfectly symmetrical, ZERO sag, such minimal scarring, they are like the boobs you see in movies that you wish you had haha, he truly changed my life!! For the first time in my life I can wear bralettes and backless dresses and halter tops!! Thank you a million times Dr. Brown. If you are wanting this surgery, THIS is your man, do this for yourself!! I promise you won’t regret it!

Daniel Brown and his amazing team are phenomenal! Book while he’s still available and so affordable. I must lead by expressing how available his staff was for me through this amazing messaging system. Often they texted me back with information within a minute and we’re always personable and remembered me.

I’m 51 and had my breast implants removed 8 days ago. I didn’t have reconstruction, just the removal, and I am so pleased! I am originally a 32AA and had DD implants put in 11 years ago in Portland, Or, from another top-rated surgeon. I honestly expected sagging and so forth, and can’t believe how great these girls have held up. I think this age point was crucial for a positive result with remaining elasticity. At least going the simple route of no reconstruction.

The office is so swanky and comfortable, with low lights and sofas in the lobby, and modern, spa like music. The entire process of payment options and medications also went great. I was able to finance everything with no interest for a year. I also found his cost to be reasonable for a top-rated surgeon.

Another important detail was that the team recommended several holistic options for me to manage pain so that I could avoid taking many pills. They had me on arnica and some other light options that worked beautifully in my quick recovery process.

The anesthesiologist was phenomenal. He phoned me the day before, and the evening after the procedure, to check in. I felt so comforted and safe with him, and the operation itself was painless and peaceful, only lasting around 20 minutes.

I looked around for a surgeon who is careful in his work, and after finding Dr. Daniel. Brown, I looked no further. Highly recommended!

Let me start with how cautious and over analytical I am…that being said I did my homework and research to be sure I was going with the very best doctor who had great previous results, was very knowledgeable, took the time I wanted to explain and answer my questions, etc.

I saw four different doctors in my area and I can say without any hesitation that Dr Daniel Brown is the very best! The best at giving perfectly symmetrical breasts, the best at listening and answering your questions without making you feel rushed and having the best knowledge of the procedure!

I read through all of these Real Self reviews for Dr Brown as part of my research which was tremendously helpful. That being said here is my experience:

I called in to inquire about an appointment and spoke with Rachel whom was very kind and knowledgeable and helpful. She set me up with a free phone appointment with Dr Brown a few days after my initial call. When I spoke with Dr Brown it for at least 30 minutes if not more where he answered EVERY neurotic question I had. Lol

After the phone consult I was sure Dr Brown was the one but still wanted to meet him in person to be sure. A week later I met with him in his office where agin he answered all of my questions, discussed sizing, and relieved my hesitation about surgery. After meeting him I paid my deposit for surgery because of his knowledge that far surpassed EVERY other doctor I had met with. Also, because he uses the best implants (Sientra) that no other doc in the area uses and because of his pain management protocol without using heavy narcotics!!!!

Two weeks later I went for my pre-op appointment and was given all of my instructions which were slightly confusing and conflicting of each other but were quickly clarified by both Emily and Anahita! I was very Leary about the amount of meds before surgery that are to reduce pain and the need for major narcotics because I am not someone who takes pills, but the day before surgery and the day after with the meds were just something I had over thought and worked myself up about. The meds relaxed me made me not care about the surgery and gave me very little pain after.

Day of surgery I was relaxed due to the meds, not anxious at all and I didn’t even need the Valium. When I arrived I was brought into the office where I was treated the the most care, walked into the back room which was a legit mini hospital! The anesthesiologist was SOOOO kind, Positioned me how I needed due to prior injuries and there I went fast to sleep. Now I am someone who gets very sick after coming out of anesthesia and I was given a patch to use the day before and keep on for 72 hours and was told they would do everything to be sure I would t get sick and when I woke up I WASNT sick, didn’t ever feel sick and had little pain. Let me tell you how truly amazing that was as I ALWAYS get sick after being put under and to not have the room spin and throw up for hours on end after is a godsend all it self. The anesthesiologist was a miracle worker. He called to check on me for three days after the surgery and he has worked with doc Brown for years making the experience even better as they are a team and know each other!

Recovery was not bad. I stayed up on the meds protocol putting them in a pill container and using cold packs. I was uncomfortable and did have to stay laying down for the bulk of the first and second week but each week got better with pain, uncomfort and movement. The only real issue I had was a pinching pulling pain on the right incision which each week has gotten better. The staff answered all my questions and concerns afterwards in a very timely manner and I was never left to my own accord.

Overall, Dr Brown and his staff are GREAT! I am so extremely happy with his work which is my result…he has made me feel like a woman with a perfect and I mean PERFECT pair of beautiful breasts that has brought me so much confidence making me feel even more beautiful than I already am! I can not thank him enough! You will no be disappointed if you choose him as he is the only right choice! And believe me when I say I painstakingly for hours and days and weeks, scrutinized and compared, doctor after doctor, results after results and Dr Daniel Brown had the VERY BEST of everything!!!!!

Dr. Brown is exceptional. His team is amazing. I will say I was undecided about the tummy tuck due to the scar BUT I am so so glad I went ahead with the tummy tuck. I love my flat tummy so much! One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!!! Minimal pain, absolutely in love.

During my Pre-op appointment with Dr. Brown he was very aware of what I needed done. He was able to speak to me empathetically about what changes he can do to make me look perfect. I had tummy tuck, bra roll and flanks liposuction done.

Anytime I had any questions I would text Anahita or Emily, they we’re all over it. I followed all the instructions religiously (pain meds, compression garment and healthy diet). I’m 2 months post-op and I barely have any swelling remaining, already dropped 2 sizes and lost almost 20 pounds.

Dr. Brown is an incredible doctor that always put safety first and if I ever need anything again, I will be coming back to him. This team’s just 100% superior. Don’t look further.

Let me start off with Dr. Browns patient coordinator, Melanie. First impression are everything! Melanie was so sweet and so caring. She was on the phone with me for about an hour answering all my questions. She was very knowledgeable!

This office has an app that allows patients to communicate with the care team at all time. I loved that they had this because I never felt alone. Anahita is so kind! She was always there to reassure me that what I was feeling was normal and everything was looking as it should. She answered ALL my questions that I had! This team was really there for me every step of the way!

Now, Dr. Brown is a great PS! He is friendly, caring and most importantly I felt safe. He is very meticulous with his work and incredibly skilled! I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo on the flanks, lipo on the bra roll, and breast lift with fat transfer. I had a lot of work done. After surgery, I had minimal bruising that was all gone after 5 days. Most of the swelling was gone by 3/4 weeks. My incisions are looking good! The tummy tuck scar is so low and thin! My belly button is so cute and perfect! I don’t even have lumps and bumps from the liposuction that I know many people get after. Dr. Brown did such an amazing job!!! I have so much confidence now. I can’t believe I waited this long.

Overall, Dr. Brown and his team hands down are the best. They are very accommodating, professional and compassionate. I am so grateful for this office! Thank you all!

Dr Brown and his team are amazing. I am beyond happy with the result of my surgery . The day of my surgery I felt safe and extremely welcoming by Dr. Brown and team. I came back home same day and had the support I needed. I received daily follow up phone calls from the anesthesiologist to make sure I was feeling well and needing anything or any questions.
