Are my breasts abnormal? Do I have parenchymal maldistribution? (Photos)

I’ve been told I don’t have tuberous breasts, but now I’m wondering if I have Parenchymal Maldistribution. What can be done to fix the appearance my breasts? I would like my breasts to look similar to the last two pictures. Is that possible?

Your
breasts are ptotic, not tuberous.  You
need a lift and I recommend is The Bellesoma Method.  This technique will reshape your breast
tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on
the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation
and the ability to breast feed are maintained. 
At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional

However, it looks like there is slight asymmetry as well as ptosis. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thank you for your question and photographs.  Your photograph indicates that you have normal breasts with some asymmetry and ptosis (or breast droop).  Should you want more volume to your breasts, specifically in the upper pole, you may want to consider a breast augmentation and possibly a mastopexy or breast lift.  Best to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person consultation.  Good luck.

It would be very easy to make your breasts look like the last two pictures. Your breasts have a very nice shape and all you really need is volume. I do not think you need a lift at all. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area who has significant experience and they will be able to help you through this process. Thanks for the question.  Based on your photos, you do not have tuberous breasts in my opinion.  It appears you have normal breast asymmetry with ptosis (drooping) of your breasts.  I think you are an excellent candidate for a breast lift procedure, and if you desire larger more fuller breasts, a breast augmentation in combination with a breast lift.  I think you should expect an excellent result with either procedure.

You have normal breast and any asymmetry is mild and within the range of normal. Breast implants will make your breasts larger but cannot promise the exact same results as in the pictures.

Based on your photos, it does not appear you have parenchymal maldistribution.  You have breasts with asymmetry (normal), slight ptosis (normal with aging), and slightly larger nipple areolar complexes.  Should you want larger breasts with a higher positioned nipple, you would be a good candidate for a breast augmentation +/- mastopexy (breast lift). Thank you for your question. The variety of size and shape to a woman's breast just as is as diverse as the differences and how people look in their face. And no two breasts are alike even on the same patient. Your breasts are smaller with a mild degree of drooping and a mild degree of what is referred to as a constriction deformity. However, there is absolutely nothing abnormal about your breast that is otherwise attractive in shape and size. If you desire to increase your cup size, an implant would likely prove to be helpful however I'd caution against using an implant that would exceed the measurements of your natural breast dimensions as this could potentially create deformities that could be unsightly, such as a double bubble deformity. Fat transfer is also an option but would be limited in its ability to achieve a significant increase in your cup size. Finally, whether or not you want a slight lift with a scar that would be most likely limited around the areola is up to you. This would help to reduce the diameter of the areola but would obviously leave you with a permanent lifelong scar. I would certainly discuss this with your plastic surgeon.
