I did quite a bit of research before going for my breast reduction. I met with two surgeons and went with Chris, mostly due to his bedside manner at the first consult. Thrilled with the results. He has a great team of nurses and the results are exactly what I wanted (lift and reduction). Highly recommend.
Excellent experience with Chris Porter for my top surgery (double mastectomy). From the first consult, to the surgery itself and the follow up appointments. Chris is extremely informative, kind and produced perfect results for my surgery. Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing, couldn’t recommend a more professional surgeon! He explained everything in thorough detail and I felt extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. The results have been life changing and I couldn’t be happier with how the procedure and recovery went. Fantastic surgeon and so so pleased with the results!
After 50kg weight loss i had a massively sagging bum. Chris removed a massive 15cm of excess skin etc to lift my butt to where it was supposed to be it has been life changing and looks amazing. The scar is much better already after only 4+ weeks and I couldn’t recommend or thank him enough
After a 50kg weight loss through gastric bypass i wanted a surgeon that knew the limitations of this. Chris Porter has had a lot of experience with bariatric patients and was fantastic start to finish
Chris performed a Tummy Tuck & Breast Lift on me. I was so nervous about doing the surgery and have delayed it previously due to nerves. Chris was so professional and has a very calm nature about him that made me feel in very safe hands. I am very happy with my results and so grateful for his amazing service. Absolutely zero regrets Thank You
I was stoked with the outcome of my surgery, but on top of this I was amazed with the professionalism, respect and support I was given along the journey. It was all very efficient but I was given plenty of time for questions, check ups etc. I would 100% recommend to anyone in the future. Thanks :)
I had been considering these procedures for about 10 years but wanted to be sure I wasn’t going to have anymore babies. I’m 37 with 2 children aged 12 and 14. I found Chris online, checked his credentials and ultimately chose him as my surgeon as I personally knew someone who he had operated on. The consultation was thorough and he was extremely professional. I was realistic about what could be done in terms of my stretch marks (they’re quite high up). Chris did a muscle repair (brought my abs back together) and a full tummy tuck. Because I breastfed my boobs had lost volume and were saggy so I also opted to have a breast lift with implants as well. I spent 2 nights in hospital with round the clock care from the amazing nurses and Chris came in each morning to check everything was looking good. The recovery process is HARD and I found it difficult to not be active as I’m a dance teacher and at one point I did question my life’s choices. However, coming out the other side I have absolutely no regrets. Chris has done a great job and while I still have visible stretch marks (which I knew I would), the excess skin is gone and my tummy is flat again. My scars are below my underwear line and I finally felt ok to wear a bikini this summer which I haven’t done since before my first baby. My clothes fit nicer and I’m getting my ab definition back slowly. I love my new boobs, they look completely natural and you would never know that I had a lift and implants. I chose to have round implants which he placed under the muscle. I only took 1 week off work (my day job) which, even though it is mostly desk based, was a stupid thing to do as I couldn’t even stand upright. Looking back I should’ve taken at least 3 weeks off. In terms of getting back to dancing, I went back to 1 class after 7 weeks and it was too much. Everything felt tight and awkward and I still couldn’t move freely 100%. My post op care was great, I had appointment’s 1 week, 3 weeks and 6 weeks after the surgery. I did get an infection at 5 weeks which was unrelated to the surgery. I had an ingrown hair (I got waxed prior to surgery) close to my tummy incision which i didn’t pick up straight away as I had no feeling there. When I did realise I called his office and I was seen the same day and given antibiotics. I had also looked at going overseas for my surgery BUT I wanted to be sure I was in safe hands and didn’t want to risk something going wrong in another country. Chris has done a phenomenal job on my new body and I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering these procedures. It has been life changing for me!
I had 14 year old implants that needed replacing. One breast sat 2cm lower than the other which I was very self conscious about and wished to correct. Dr Porter did an excellent job at replacing my implants and raising my right breast crease so that it now sits even with my left. I had a very easy recovery with very minimal pain. All questions were answered promptly and my incisions look great. Dr Porter is professional, highly skilled and honest. I highly recommend him.
I wish id done this 20 years ago i can say enough about Dr Porter & his magic hands. He is a lovely Surgeon with a top bedside manner who gave me the breasts that id always wanted. The lead up to surgery process and the surgery were èasy. I thought the pain would be a lot worse. Highly recommend.
Your breasts are close together but cosmetically are sufficiently separate. It is difficult to see in the photos but I suspect that if you do have symmastia it must be very mild. As you say this is not of concern and hopefully this satisfies your curiousity.
From your photos I think that a 300-350cc implant should give you sufficient lift without having to undergo a “surgical lift”. I would recommend being assessed by a Plastic Surgeon who specialises in cosmetic breast surgery. All the best.
From your photos and description after weight loss it does appear that you have this condition. It would be best to check with your insurance company about coverage for surgery. It appears that you would be a candidate for a single stage breast augmentation mastopexy, I would recommend being assessed by a Plastic Surgeon who specialises in cosmetic breast surgery. All the best.
It sounds like you are slim and have a small frame. Given this usually a sub muscular pocket would be recommended. 400cc is a large implant for your build but if you want to look over full then this might be your preference. All the best.
Given your current 34C bust and height I would estimate that 400cc will give you a 3-4 cup size increase, that is taking you to a 34E-F. This maybe too large for your frame and if you have doubts about the advice you have received then consider seeking a second opinion from a Plastic Surgeon who specialises in cosmetic breast surgery. All the best.
