What procedures do you recommend? I'm considering rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and double jaw surgery (Photo)

If you are severely dissatisfied with the appearance of your nose, depending on your examination, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a tip lift and hump removal. And of course, if you have a deviated nasal septum, that would naturally be repaired at the time of your rhinoplasty. You appear to have a relatively underprojected chin appearance with excess neck fat. Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty and agree with your assessment. Additionally, I would consider liposuction of the neck and a small chin implant. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Additional Maneuvers for your nose would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, tip elevation, among other maneuvers. A chin implant could safely be performed at the same time. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

The photographs demonstrate an overly projecting nose, and an under projecting chin. Consider a closed rhinoplasty approach to accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, and narrow the bridge line with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required, no painful packing is required either. Consider placement of a small chin implant to augment your chin forward for better structural support for the soft tissues in your neck, and to balance out your facial features, especially with respect to your new nose. You will therefore not need double jaw surgery, which is very invasive. Liposuction in your neck and accomplish improvement of your jawline. All of these procedures can be performed individually or together. Rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery, so choose your rhinoplasty specialist wisely based on extensive experience producing natural results. Digital computer imaging of both your nose and chin would be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with both procedures.

You can definitely get a proper facial aesthetic assessment.
If you’re willing to have craniofacial surgery, then consult with providers who do those kind of procedures. This is typically done by providers with an oral surgery background, but can also be done by plastic surgeons who’ve done craniofacial surgery fellowships.
You should definitely plan on doing in person consultations exclusively.
