Answer: This is best done by an aesthetician. Blackheads may be removed from the nose as soon as somebody's nose is not feeling sensitive to firm touch. A therapeutic facial with extractions may be considered between 1 to 3 months after rhinoplasty surgery. Great question! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
