When patient patients have a hanging columella, we reduce that Columella show. When patients have a retracted Alar rim, we use a composite graft with both skin and cartilage harvested from the ear and placed on the inside of the nostril to bring the alar rim down.

I can see that you have a small convexity along the sidewall of your nose. If this is the case, osteotomies may need to repeat be repeated to move the sidewall of your nose closer to the midline for a straighter nasal appearance. This should not be a major undertaking. I hope this is helpful!...

Hello!Thank you for your question As far as I can understand from your question After the surgery, the nose is quite edematous and it takes 1 year for this edema to completely pass, but in the 4th month, 70% edema goes down, I recommend you to follow the process. Best Regards!
