Under projected nose tip

Looking at your pre operative photo, it looks like you stared with an under projection to the tip. At the two month mark your tip looks more supported but that's due to the residual swelling in that area. I do agree the seven month post op photo does look under projected. This is because your bridge is too straight. It would need to be rasped for more curvature. An expert Rhinoplasty specialist would have performed a septoplasty extension graft.

Excellent job posting a before and after profile! I think you have a lovely result. The goal of rhinoplasty surgery is to allow somebody's nose to blend in. Sometimes reviewing before and after photos with your surgeon may be helpful. Hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Do you wanna be careful with turning up the tip of the nose too much.
If you do, then, people will look straight into your nostrils.
It’s not a great look.
Rather than trying to describe what you don’t like with words, I suggest you either follow up with your provider and discuss potential revision surgery with him or her or schedule in person second opinion consultations.
I’m not sure who took your pictures, but it would be helpful if you can get a complete set of proper before and after pictures taken by your surgeon.
We usually need pictures taken at correct angles.
Profile pictures should not be taken with you turning your neck.
I’m guessing you may wish that your dorsum was reduced a bit but considering how high your radix is, you should be careful with lowering the dorsum much more.
If you have concerns about your current outcome, maybe take a look at where you started.
Reducing the size of the nose excessively can come with some problems.
Overall, I think it’s a really good outcome esp with the high radix.
