The area you mentioned can be affected by swelling and soreness after surgery. One of the most common causes of soreness in that location is Mondor's veins which get inflamed. You could also have swelling and burning sensations from normal inflamnation, which will get better. Ask your surgeon to examine you there and for a diagnosis and treatment plan. Thanks for the question.In my practice, after performing a BA I recommend to my patients to limit the movement of the arms for two weeks. After that, you can move your arms taking care and always with common sense. In this regard, it's not advisable to carry heavy weights to prevent the implant out of position, and allow the formation of the physiological capsule around the implant, also to avoid pain and breast swelling. Kind regards

You need to be examined by your PS and be given appropriate advice. You may have swelling that will settle and you are early postop. Ask about supportive bras and massage when you see your PS.

Hi ElizaguerrThis may or may not be self correcting but only time will tell.  This is usually due to a constricting band under the muscle in the area.  At time of surgery, it is hard or impossible sometimes to detect and shows up post op.  Yours is mild, and over time, as the implant drops and the tissues stretch out, the problem may self correct.  I believe that is the answer you seek.  Ask your doctor what he thinks.Sek

You have the right idea to see your surgeon.  On exam the areas that you have concern will be pretty easy to differentiate between a double bubble versus post operative swelling.  It is quite normal for you to have discomfort along the chest especially during movement of the implants with massages.  

The questions that need to be addressed are.

Is the appearance post op edema, fluid collection "seroma", or a double bubble?  Will it get better with time?  Will it need surgical revision? 

Typically any surgeon would advise patience given you are just 3 months out and things will still change.  

A double bubble in that location is typically from inadvertent dissection through the inframmary fold, or intentionally lowering the fold but not releasing the natural fold adequately, or issues with pectoralis muscle release.

You are early in recovery and may be developing a double bubble. At this point an underwire bra or taping may prevent worsening. I would also stop pushing down on the implants. Follow your surgeons advice-hopefully an underwire bra will correct this at the early stage.
