Submuscular implants - Massage or not to massage? (photo)

I received implants a week ago- 475CC smooth HP submuscular placement. I have not been instructed to massage my implants, however I am reading contradictory information that states massaging will help prevent Capsular Contracture as well as help get the implants in their proper place. I have noticed a slight dent on the inside of my left breast but have been reassured this will work itself out by my PS. The only instruction I have received is to wear my support bra. I just want optimal results! Thank you

I would allow you to do this.  Some of this depends upon the location of the incision.  Some bras with wires may not be a great idea with an incision under the breast.

With a wide separation, I prefer to recommend breast implants that are wider than the natural breast base, but not overly wide. I also could consider a breast implant with 3rd generation gummy bear gel like a Memory shape breast implant to push the pectoral muscle more and get better cleavage....

Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 3-4 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.
