Kybella alone or in combination with Truscultpt 3D would be a nice nonsurgical approach to this issue.

Until recently, this was a difficult area to treat, but newer products such as Belkyra (Canada), an injectable deoxycholic acid, can be used to dissolve the fat in targeted areas such as under the chin which bothers many people despite not being otherwise overweight.

There are numerous options for eliminating fat under the chin.  SculpSure is a non-invasive laser that provides incredible results for removing submental fat and also providing a tightening effect to the jaw line.  Results have been great.   ScuolpSure entails 2 sessions 6 weeks apart and the best results are seen 6-8 weeks after the last session.  Good luck.

I get excellent results with a combination of microliposuction and J Plasma/Renuvion skin tightening.  A less expensive option would be non-surgical threads, but keep in mind they only last 6-12 months, whereas the other procedure can last up to 10 years.

Based on your photos, I think you maybe a good candidate for Kybella treatment. Most patients require 2-4 treatment sessions using 2-4 vials per session. The sessions are usually spaced apart at 2 month intervals.

My best advice to you is to get a formal consultation with a plastic surgeon. During the examination the surgeon will determine if this indeed is excess fat or other conditions, such as enlarged digastric muscles or presence of an enlarged submandibular gland. Hello!  You have a mild sub-mental fat pad that causes the appearance of a double chin on photos.  Common treatments in the US for this condition include surgical liposuction, Kybella injections or freezing the fat (CoolSculpting).  I believe Kybella is the best option for you as you would see permanent improvement after one treatment.  I would estimate that you would need a total of 3 Kybella treatments.  Since the fat cells are destroyed, once you get the final result you are hoping for, then you will not need further treatment.  (Liposuction often leaves small regional amounts of fat.  I have treated two patients with Kybella after liposuction to clean up these residual pockets of fat).  Happy New Year from Omaha NE
