Thank you for your question and photos. We use Kybella with Trusculpt, or Profound RF.  It may take up to 2 treatments with Kybella & Truscuplt,  or only one treatment with Profound RF.  From the photos, the area appears to be small enough to be addressed with either treatment.   . Best wishes
