I found a plastic surgeon who says his technique is more aggressive because he liposuctions out the fat under my chin muscle as well as on top of my chin muscle. Is this a riskier procedure? My fat is between the two (not under and not only above) according to him. Should I get a second opinion? and what are the added risks involved with a deeper under muscle liposuction? (he uses vaser btw as well).

At 10 days post op, it is too soon to worry about your result. Wearing a compression garment will expedite the healing process. Follow up with your surgeon on a routine basis for a nice recovery.
