Had Laser Lipo 4.5 months ago. Is this area in the center of my neck loose skin, scar tissue, or platysmal muscle? It appeared at about three weeks post-surgery. I lean away from it being platysmal because when I force my platysmal muscles to show, the area is between the muscles and doesn’t seem related to them. The area feels like a hard little band, and I have it at all times including at rest. It is not visible when I put my head back but I can still feel it with my fingers. Thank you.
