Any quick fix that can define my jawline before getting a Neck Lift? (photos)

I understand that best treatment would be a neck or mini face lift but is there anything else that could give me more defined jawline in the meantime? It looks almost like neck is pulling my skin and face down. Why am I losing the flatness under chin?

Chin Liposuction and Thermitight
Chin liposuction helps reduce the bulge under the chin and can be done for the whole neck. Once the fat is removed the skin can become loose and saggy in some cases. It can be avoided by combining it with Thermitight which is a radiofrequency heat delivered under the skin to tighten it. Both chin liposuction and Thermitight can be done at the same time. The photographs demonstrate platysmal bands in the neck which need to be tightened, submental fat deposits which can be removed with liposuction, and tightening loose facial and neck skin  in addition to lifting the jowls. The only procedure that can address all of these is a lower face and neck lift procedure. You didn’t include your age but I’m guessing that your neck actually looks pretty good considering others in the same age category.

You have slight Platysmal bands that can easily be softened with Botox injections.

That looks like the easiest short-term fix to me.
