I always thought something looked off / weird about my side profile, and I think it's because i don't have much of a jawline. Would I be a good candidate for chin lipo ?? And how much does it cost ?

I prefer to combine chin and jawline liposuction together in procedure. The definition of the jawline is generally improved with this approach.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

These fillers are often paired with neuromodulators like Botox to produce more dramatic results. Botox can relax the masseter muscle (chewing muscles) that often give women a masculine appearance. Once the jaw muscles soften and relax, you can achieve a more V-like facial shape. Each person‘s unique facial appearance is based on their underlying facial skeletal structure.

This is true for the frontal view as well as the profile.

The lower part of the face is primarily determined by the relationship of the mandible compared to the mandible compared to the Maxilla.

People who have a Mandible that is small or lacking in forward projection in compared to their maxilla tend to have a few characteristics in common.  These often include a dental overbite, an upper lip that shows more forward projection than the lower lip and profile pictures, lack of jawline definition and the formation of premature jowls.

When the mandible lacks forward projection the platysma muscle drapes the neck in the more oblique fashion.

It’s not uncommon for people to say that a double chin runs in their family. It is in fact a small man the bowl that runs in their family not the double chin. The double chin simply happens in those who have an undersized mandible compared to those with a projecting one.

Obviously age and things like obesity can contribute.

Liposuction despite not treating the primary problem is often very effective at giving definition and reducing a double chin.

In order for Liposuction to be effective there Hass to be fat to remove.

I recommend having a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons. The cost depends on who does the procedure which is often geographically related and sometimes based on supply in demand and or the training of the person doing the procedure.

Liposuction is the gold standard for removing subcutaneous fat and is superior to Kybella and non-invasive options such as coolsculpting.

Cool sculpting is probably the least effective option.

The procedure can be done with patients awake in the office using local anesthesia or in the operated room with general anesthesia or sedation.

Where and how the procedure is performed can influence The cost substantially.

My best guess is current prices are probably $3000-$6000.
