I have had submental liposuction exactly one year ago. I wore my chin strap 24/7 for my doctor's recommended time. I believe it was 6 to 8 weeks. But does this appear to be loose skin? What do I need to do to fix this? Is it normal? In this picture i have my head turned. But it looks fine when my head is staight.

Whenever fat is removed it will have an impact on how the skin drips the body. If you’re happy with the overall outcome of the procedure then the procedure was successful.

Whether forming skin creases is normal or not when people turn their heads depends on each individual. It appears to be normal for you.
