I got fitted for implants and my PS said 330 cc will fit me well , I also got fitted for 360cc and liked that look better. I have been looking at women results on here with same ht/weight as me that went as big as 400cc and I liked their results. I don't want to go to small but do not want to be to big either and for them to be proportionate to my body frame.

Answer: Impant selection Hello and thank you for your question. You are a great candidate for a breast augmentation. It would be helpful to know your individual breast measurements in assessing if 330-400cc would be ideal for you. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Size The difference between the two implant sizes that you mention is only 2 tablespoons (tablespoon = 15cc). The implant selection should be based on a combination of your desired size, soft tissue dynamics, breast base diameter and skin elasticity. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach Trained, Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
