I got fitted for implants and my PS said 330 cc will fit me well , I also got fitted for 360cc and liked that look better. I have been looking at women results on here with same ht/weight as me that went as big as 400cc and I liked their results. I don't want to go to small but do not want to be to big either and for them to be proportionate to my body frame.

Answer: 360cc enough to go from 34a to full c or d cup with saline implant moderate profile?5'8,130lbs-34-26-36. Thank you for your pictures and questions. There is no magic formula to determine breast size and the best way to do it is in a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. If you had that consultation and are considering something in the 360 cc range and you were happy with that size, then that is what you should go with. In moving up in size, usually something in the range of 150-200 cc is about a cup size but given your slim body habitus, I would say moving from an A to a C would be somewhere in the 300 range, with the 360 pushing you into C+/D range, so I think this is a decent choice. My only other piece of advice is in regards to your implant choice. In some small breasted and thin as you are, a saline implant is going to have a high risk of producing some implant rippling which may be palpable or even visible. I would encourage you to consider a silicone implant for improved outcomes.Best of luck!

Answer: Impant selection Hello and thank you for your question. You are a great candidate for a breast augmentation. It would be helpful to know your individual breast measurements in assessing if 330-400cc would be ideal for you. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
