Is there harm to the healing process of breast implants during a miscarriage?

I got implants while just about 5 weeks pregnant (I didnt know I was pregnant yet) and 2 days after I had the implant surgery I had a miscarriage, is there any harm to my implants?? They said to not get my heart rate up due to it causing bleeding. Will the extreme amount of blood passed during a miscarriage affect my implants or the healing process ect?
