Will a rib rhinoplasty give me a successful frontal change? My biggest insecurity is my wide nasal bone a droopy tip. I don't want my bridge to be to high, I'm want it to look as natural as possible. Will an additional osteotomy be needed or should a rib rhinoplasty augmenting bridge and tip be adequate?

If this is your first time having surgery on your nose, you may not require rib grafting to achieve the result you're aiming for, which would be a bonus. Based on your photos, the tip doesn't appear to be all that low. It could be rotated a little, but I'd be careful to as to avoid over rotation. For gain more projected, narrow and elegant looking I recommend you rhinoplasty with alar base plasty. For the rib cartilage your surgeon will decide it in the surgery after see inside your nose. What would be the best option and exact procedure would depend on an in person examination (not just an online consultation) and discussion about desired outcome.
