Breathing and direness problems a year and 3 months after my rhinoplasty - will this improve with time?

It’s been a year and 3 months since my rhinoplasty and my nose feels dry often . I have to constantly clean it with a q-tip to clean out the dried mucus. I feel like I have to blow my nose due to the feeling of my nose feeling blocked. During, cold weather it gets runny and when I cry my nose produces a lot of mucus making it hard to breathe. I feel like my nasal airways are blocked and feel relief once I use a q-tip to remove crusting in nose. Will this improve with time ?

You may be going through an allergic phase. During these periods, the turbinates and mucous membranes swell and narrow the airway. Steroid sprays can help. It would be helpful to consult your doctor.

You need to have a surgeon look inside and see if there is anything going on inside that is causing the problem. Using saline nasal siray may help if there is nothing found abnormal inside your nose
