It’s been a year and 3 months since my rhinoplasty and my nose feels dry often . I have to constantly clean it with a q-tip to clean out the dried mucus. I feel like I have to blow my nose due to the feeling of my nose feeling blocked. During, cold weather it gets runny and when I cry my nose produces a lot of mucus making it hard to breathe. I feel like my nasal airways are blocked and feel relief once I use a q-tip to remove crusting in nose. Will this improve with time ?

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photo. Your nasal base a little wide if you want to correct it I recommend you alar base Plasty.It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best regards!
Your limited photos appear to show a swollen nasal base and tip. If you're not completely healed, this horizontal line may get better, unless it was there before surgery. Consider reasking your question with smiling photos before and after surgery. Thanks. Dr Joseph
