Is there a new 'coolmax' applicator with the updated applicators?

I've seen the reviews comparing the old applicators to the new ones. Ideal image said they have the new applicators- I'm having my upper, middle and lower abdomen done all in one shot, using the coolcore machine for upper/lower abs and coolmax for the bottom - (2 upper, 2 middle and 2 max on the lower). Is there a new 'coolmax' applicator with the updated applicators? I can't seem to find the new applicator named coolmax? I really don't want to use the old applicators.

Yes. There is a new Cooladvantage plus applicator for larger areas, which has larger surface area and less suction which can result in less discomfort and better outcome.  In our office we do dualsculpting and offer Z wave treatment to further improve your fat reduction and reduce the post procedure discomfort along with Manual massage.
Consider getting a consultation from an experienced physician in your area and see if the Cooladvantage plus is a suitable applicator for you.

The new applicators help shorten treatment time and keep patients more comfortable during treatment as well. Because an area can be treated in just about half the time compared to prior applicators, you're back to your regular schedule faster too. Definitely make sure to verify with your practitioner which applicators they're using, as the newest ones truly are superior. Good luck!

Yes, the new version of the CoolMax applicator is called the CoolAdvantage Plus! It also used a gentle cup vacuum instead of two flat panels. Its a shorter treatment, with better results!

Yes there is a new applicator to replace the old CoolMax.  The new large applicator is called the Cooladvantage Plus and it is 45 minutes (instead of and hour) and one degree colder than the first generation hand piece.  This applicator is amazing because it's much more comfortable and has significantly less sides effects such as swelling, tenderness, bruising, and nerve pain. The gentle suction and titanium cooling cup versus the 2 cooling plates make this applicator far superior to the old ones and to date we have not had one incidence of nerve pain since using the new faster applicators.  Our clients love them and so do we!

Yes, there is now a new updated CoolMax applicator and it is named the CoolAdvantage Plus. We have been using this new applicator since Jan. 2017 and are very impressed with the improved comfort level, shorter treatment duration (just 45 mins) and the fact that it covers a larger treatment area.

Great question! The new "cool max" applicator is called Cool Advantage Plus. It does not give people as much down time and sensitivity as the older technology, therefore, it is very tolerable. The Cool Advantage Plus is a great "de-volumizing" applicator and is used quite often on the lower abdomen to start the sculpting process.  Cool Advantage is the new technology to the updated applicators. They have more surface cooling on the fatty tissue and less suction on the tissue, this allows for a much more comfortable procedure and shorter treatment time (only 35 minutes per application versus one hour). The new Cooladvatage handpieces are more comfortable, more effective, less time, and have less post procedure pain. There is a new replacement for the CoolMax called the Cool Advantage Plus. The suction is less deep which means more comfortable. Treatment time is now 45 min vs the 1 hour. Results should be more than double than the standard Cooladvantage handpieces.
