generally in good shape, but have found it harder to bounce back now that I'm in my late 30s. Office and staff immediately made me feel comfortable. I've never had anything cosmetic done before, so I was a bit anxious- but they were fantastic. Procedure lasted about 2 hours- lower abdomen. Started seeing results around week 5. Procedure was uncomfortable at first but then went numb, just as staff prepared me for. No negative after effects or temporary "freezerburn." Just a slight itchiness to skin on treatment area. Overall definitely worth the time/money - I would do it again.

I can't begin to sing enough praises for Bodify. The first question everyone will have is how effective is the actual Coolsculpting procedure? I am here to tell you, it works! I had my love handles and my stomach worked on. As a guy who works out regularly, I can honestly say I am in great shape... but I couldn't seem to get rid of the last bit of fat. Coolsculpting did the trick. But, let's get past the results. The team is incredible. From start to finish and everything in between, they will make you feel comfortable, explain everything, treat you like a human being, and actually make you enjoy the experience.
