I am a 50 year old woman. I had IPL done about 8 years ago with very positive results so I am all onboard with the magic that a good cosmetic dermatologist can do. I started seeing Dr. Warren Seiler in Birmingham Alabama in December of 2018. I have always had the tendency towards puffy eyes and dark circles when tired, but in the last year they had become worse and were visible all the time. I asked Dr Seiler about fillers and he said these would make the puffiness worse. I had asked about a Vampire facial and he said that would improve the look of the area under my eyes, as well as even out skin texture. I had the treatment as well as targeted PRP injections above the corners of my mouth and under my eyes. For about 3 days I looked like I had a sunburn( I am very fair skinned). On day 4...it was incredible. The area under my eyes looks like it did 5 years ago. I am throwing my orange color corrector away! And the results are supposed to improve over time. He is extremely nice and patient, and his staff is a delight. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while everything was going on. I will be doing that again!
By far the best experience l’ve had as it relates to cosmetic procedures! Dr Seiler provided a full consultation and made recommendations based on my areas of concern. He’s very conservative in his approach so results are very natural. Very professional environment with the latest technology and equipment. I highly recommend.
Dr. Seiler and his staff was extremely professional during my visit to his office in Birmingham, AL. This was my first visit to his office and first ever cosmetic procedure, so you can imagine I wasn't totally sure what to expect. Dr. Seiler made my visit very comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend this practice for all of your cosmetic needs!
Laser hair removal works great for permanent hair reduction of the body. The diode laser is a safe and effective choice in treatment. Ideally, you want the patient to have a continuous , uninterrupted series of 6- 8 treatments. Or, whatever the number of treatments recommended by your laser hair removal provider. To "take a break" from the treatments you could actually delay the amount of reduction achieved. You may even find that you end up needing more treatments then originally expected. As always, check with your treatment provider to guide you on the right direction.
That's a great question. Without seeing this in person or taking a biopsy, it is difficult to give a diagnosis. My best suggestion is to make sure that the physician that provided the treatment is aware of what you are experiencing. I hope this helps.
That's a great question! You absolutely can have additional Botox injected if needed. Botox around the lips is very common but uses a much smaller dose than other areas that are treated. It is not unusual to require additional units. I hope this helps!
That's a great question. From the picture you provided, it appears to be hypo-pigmentation which is a loss of pigment. I have seen this happen after a burn from a laser treatment. My best recommendation is to make sure that the overseeing physician from the practice where you were treated is aware of what happened and what you are experiencing. I hope this helps!
This is a great question! There is no limit to how many areas you can treat in one day. Check with your local Certified CoolSculpting Practice on availability and if they offer dual sculpting. If the practice has more than one machine you can treat 2 areas at once and decreases your total treatment time in office. Make sure you look for the newest technology (which is 35 minute treatment applicators and less downtime) Good luck with your treatment!
