I had botox done and the girl put an injection in the upper side of my nose. It burned when she did it and It was sore for about 2-3 weeks. I ended up with a very bad sinus and tooth infection and had taken 2 rounds of antibiotics but I am still having problems with my sinuses.

Answer: Can Botox cause a sinus infection? Botox does not cause sinus infections. You need to see your primary care physician for an evaluation for possible sinus infection.
