Could the botox have caused a sinus infection? Did she freeze my sinuses?

It’s unlikely that your sinus infection was caused by Botox and most likely a coincidence. Botox only acts locally on the muscles into which it was injected.  The sinuses are all bony covered and Botox does not penetrate the bone.  The sinuses of the cheek, between the eyes and forehead are all very deep and protected by the hard bony skeleton, so I think that your sinus problems are just a coincidence.  I would recommend being seen by an ENT doctor to further evaluate and work up your sinusitis.
