Hello there! I would recommend waiting until your skin is intact and any swelling has dissipated. Skin cleansing will irritate and sting your skin until it has healed. Swelling can cause Botox migration, and will make it difficult to assess facial contour for filler injections. I also would not recommend a hydrafacial until at least two weeks post microneedling. PRP should be utilized during and after the treatment. Hope this helps! Sarah RN BSN

Thank you for your question. Generally I recommend Botox or Fillers To be done on skin that is completely healed. After a vampire facial that should generally take 7 to 10 days. If we’re doing more aggressive collegen stimulating treatment, like fractionated ablative laser or fractionated radio frequency micro needling, I would recommend waiting three months after the last procedure before doing dermal filler. Collagen keeps building this long in the background after these procedures and as such you may need less fillers like restylane belotero or juvederm. Hope that helps. As always, I would recommend getting this procedure or any other medically invasive procedure with a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon.

Taking Benadryl will not impact your Botox treatment or longevity. Botox wears off gradually over three to four months on average. I've included a video about neuromodulators that I hope you find helpful.
