Would taking Manuka honey which is shown to have trace amounts of botulism affect botox and create resistance?

My nurse injector said there were several clients that use manuka honey that became resistant to botox due to the traces of botulism found and antibodies produced. Could this happen and should it be a super food I avoid to get the most out of my treatments?
