I always have a great experience with Dr. Richardson and his staff. Everybody’s so nice and professional, and at the same time, they make you feel right at home. I’ve lost 19 lbs and I’m learning to use food for fuel; having control of what and when I eat helps me make the right choices.

I had my first virtual conference with both office staff, Dr. Richardson himself and the pharmacist. It was fast and effective. Dr. Richardson is absolutely amazing and is able to always answer any questions that I have. I could never imagine using anyone else. Even in a pandemic they came up with a solution so that they didn’t have to cancel their appointments.

Staff is always very friendly and Dr. Richardson truly cares about his patients and their well being. They made the telemedicine experience quick and easy! The staff verified my identification using multiple factors and the I was able to speak with the doctor just as I do at the office. Great experience!
