Do I have caudal septal deviation and can this be corrected? (photos)

Hello please see photos. Is this caudal septal deviation? If so How do I correct it permanently without causing other problems. My nasal tip is also very droopy on the right side. Is it possible correcting septum all improve nasal tip asymmetry

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos, it might be a caudal septal deviation but It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. However, It can be fixed with rhinoplasty surgery. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Hello, A septum that appears from the nostrils is called cudal septal deviation and it can be corrected together with the droopy tip in septorhinoplasty surgical procedure.

Hi It is possible to solve this problem I think it is not only entrance of nostrils the deeper of nose has a deviation conterside and hypertrophic turbinate problem also sometimes it changes outside of noseIt is easy to solve this problem

That is so easy to take care of. I just cut out the lower portion of cartilage which  is deviated. Many surgeons try to straighten it which is much more complicated and not as successful. What you want done could be done in half an hour.  Done it hundreds of times as part of overall rhinoplasty

Yes indeed, you have caudal septal deviation. It's probably not deviated enough to create nasal obstruction at that point unless you have further deviation of your septum in the back of the nose. A deviated septum is only  repaired when their significant airflow restrictions, and you have failed medical management. From a cosmetic standpoint, this would only need to be reduced if you have a hanging columella from the side profile
