I feel like my nose is too wide a disproportionate on my face. I have never had plastic surgery before. Is a rhinoplasty something you'd recommend? If yes, what feedback would you have? If no, do you have other suggestions for evening my face out softening / feminizing / enhancing my face ?for a subtle more natural look

Answer: Based on your photo, you do not appear to have a wide nasal appearance. It's not clear why you feel like your nose is too wide and disproportionate on your face. The width of somebody's nose should equal the width of somebody's eye. In that regard, you appear to have a normal nasal with and you do not appear to have a distracting nasal appearance.
