Revision rhinoplasty - is this just swelling or is there a structural issue? (Photo)

There is a very minor C shaped axis deviation. Photos taken at such close up range will always show something that is not completely symmetrical. The tip of your nose looks aesthetically pleasing and the naso-labial angle is about 110 degrees. At 6 months you still will be a bit swollen and I definitely wouldn’t think about revision at this stage. The swelling will go down and your nose as such may get straighter and the tip may drop a few degrees to make it look longer. Give it a year and see how you feel would be my advice
