My experience with Onur has been exceptional. I am less than 11 weeks post-op and already thrilled with the results. From the initial consultation, Onur reassured me and thoroughly informed me about every step of the process, including guidance on both pre- and post-operative care. I had an ultrasonic rhinoplasty, and the bruising and swelling were minimal, far better than I ever expected! Onur made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The nurse who attended to me throughout the procedure was also amazing, so kind and supportive. I would completely recommend Onur to anyone seeking this procedure.

I had my septorhinoplasty done in August, I am 6 months post-op now and I am so happy with the results. Dr Gilleard was reassuring and understanding every step of the way. He really listened to all of my concerns, explained things to me in a way I would understand and was completely honest with the results he would be able to achieve for me. The nose I have now is pretty much exactly like the morphs he drafted for me which is really great. Overall it was a really perfect experience for me from start to finish. I felt really comfortable with him and his team, everyone was really lovely from the receptionists to the entire surgical team. Honestly he is the best, I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Cannot fault Onur at all, now 7 months PO. The best decision I have ever made, Onur is so knowledgeable and amazing at his job. I have had no problems at all during the process and the team working for him on surgery day are so caring and put you at ease. His assistants are also great at replying quickly to queries. 100% will recommend Onur to anyone.

Onur is such an amazing surgeon! I had a revision of a primary rhinoplasty with him Only. Few weeks ago, but my nose is a beautiful shape, perfect nostrils, bones, slope and tip. He genuinely cares about his patients and the aftercare is incredible. He is always available to see and Jayne is there to answer questions 247. My stitches are tiny tiny and my scar is beautiful, Thank you for this beautiful result, I shall update as I heal

I had my septo-rhinoplasty with doctor Onur on 12 September 2023 and had the best experience. He is a very knowledgeable doctor who thinks about various factors which contribute to the result of a rhinoplasty. He not only analysed my nose (both internally and externally) but also advised a result that would fit my face as a whole. The most comforting aspect of this experience was that Dr Onur does not have a “fit for all” approach, he ensured to achieve a result that was most suitable to my face. I had a vision board where I gathered all the inspo noses I liked. Dr Onur was patient enough to go through every inspo and offer his recommendations and what best suits me. This was very reassuring as I knew he cared about his patients. Besides the appearance of my nose, I had a super deviated septum where I couldn’t breathe from one nostril and had a lot of nosebleeds. Dr Onur managed to fix all these issues, as although I’m still early in my recovery, I have not experienced any problems. Also another perk was he does ultrasonic rhinoplasty which meant that I had zero bruises on my face and barely any swelling. The aftercare I received has been immaculate. Dr Onur and his assistant, Jayne and Stephanie, are very prompt in their responses and had an answer for every query I had. He asks to have regular checkups and works around any last minute calls. This made my experience a lot easier than I imagined. He also has a great aftercare plan in place where he offers steroid injections and other alternatives to ensure the patient has the best results and eliminate swelling. I believe this is very important as the aftercare contributes to the final look- it doesn’t just end with the surgery. I have attached images, these range from 1-3 month post op period. I am hopeful in my final results as my nose is still settling. Absolutely love my nose!

As with any surgery, I was nervous, anxious and scared about what my nose might potentially look like after surgery. I wanted something that looked completely natural and a nose that was able to compliment my other facial features. From my initial consultation to my post surgery appointment, Dr Gilleard has been the perfect surgeon, and words cannot say how thankful I am to this man. He understands noses and in particular what suits a persons face and that one size does not fit all. I was so adamant that I did not want an upturned nose and wanted to keep as much of my original heritage nose as possible, and this is exactly what he did. He was also very reassuring post surgery and answered all my questions - no matter how silly. I no longer feel self conscious and that is all thanks to Dr Gilleard who I will forever be grateful for.

My experience with Onur was outstanding, he explained clearly my procedure what he would be doing and importantly how I would feel afterwards. He really managed my expectations post operatively so I did not worry about anything. I would highly recommend Onur to other patients looking for an exceptional result and a great experience.
