I had revision rhinoplasty for nasal valve collapse and Endoscopic DCRS over one and a half years ago. Results included a wound in my septum, chronic bleeding, and pseudomonas. I have been on several courses of Cipro and nasal rinses since surgery. I also have significant postnasal drip and hoarseness since surgery. Unfortunately I continue with nasal valve collapse and a blocked tear duct. Can you help?
