Rhinoplasty changing shape after revision bump on bridge. What can be done about this? (Photo)

This is my third rhinoplasty, which when this was done in the office when the cast came off I was extremely happy with the result is was curved and perfect.. I had steroid injections about 3-4 times and my nose now has a straight bridge and a lump on the bridge.. I loved the result of the original nose after the cast was taken off.. what can be done to have a similar result and does it require another surgery?
