Thank you for your question. I'm sorry you're going through this stressful process. To fix this, a revision surgery would be needed to deproject yet also support the tip from dropping. Often this will require using rib cartilage given that with each revision the native cartilage tends to become weaker and weaker. Your tip cartilages are too prominent and although the bridge has been adequately treated, now you need your tip cartilages reduced in length. A tip rhinoplasty should correct the long ptotic tip you still have.

You are a good candidate for revision rhinoplasty. It seems that the prior procedures did not fully address the length of your tip. Your tip is over-projected (sticks out) and under-rotated (droopy).
