I had a rib graft to fix a primary result that took too much off and resulted in over-projected nose. Currently, On my tip, there is a lump of some sort. I can't tell if it's scar tissue or what. The asymmetry is not noticeable given the thick skin but I believe it makes it project out more. Could steroid or non surgical procedures help refine my tip? I think I like my first profile better but the frontal view did change for the better.
