1 year go in July . I've had a revision rhinoplasty/septoplasty with my rib cartilage to fix my deviated septum and fix my drooping tip i wanted an elegant straight delicate nose . But after only few weeks post op I noticed the crookedness of my nose to my left side and how uneven and flared the nostrils are from all angles, and how the tip looks still a bit droopy from profile and 3/4view . I waited patiently a whole year to do this post . what do you guys see please help ! Thank you !
