It is absolutely critical to find an American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeon with experience in rhinoplasty, one preferably with an accredited Aesthetic fellowship endorsed by the Aesthetic Society. I would recommend seeking a second opinion for a potential further revision with rib graft.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide nasal appearance and your tip appears to veer to your left. Your nose is a bit long and you're supratip is a bit High. Your Airway appears to be good. If you are determined to undergo another surgery for a smaller and more delicate nasal appearance, it would be helpful if you could procure a copy of your operative reports and a copy of your photos before your surgeries.
