I had a tertiary rhinoplasty in 2021 and happy with my profile but I have a concavity above my nasal tip on the right hand side which is very noticeable. I revisited my surgeon and he injected some filler in 2022 which helped somewhat but it's still an issue. It's now back to being very obvious and I'm becoming self conscious. What are my options, would it require yet another rhinoplasty?

As far as I can see from your photos nose filling is a harmful procedure and I do not recommend it.It is a much more appropriate and permanent solution to have revision surgery for a more harmonious and more elegant appearance to your face.
