Concavity above right hand nasal tip - what are my options? (Photo)

I had a tertiary rhinoplasty in 2021 and happy with my profile but I have a concavity above my nasal tip on the right hand side which is very noticeable. I revisited my surgeon and he injected some filler in 2022 which helped somewhat but it's still an issue. It's now back to being very obvious and I'm becoming self conscious. What are my options, would it require yet another rhinoplasty?

Nasal indentations after tertiary rhinoplasty may be filled, permanently, with microdroplets silikon 1000. In many people, this can be a welcome alternative to either surgery or temporary fillers. Please consider re-asking your question with photographs. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. It really depends on the specifics of what is going on with your nose. Possibly Nasal Tip Deprojection and placing a mastoid fascial graft could help with this. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
