Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, this can likely be fixed during a revision by re-orienting the medial crural foot plates. It also depends on how far out from surgery you are, and what techniques were used during your surgery. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. Hi,Yes this can be fixed, but the how depends on your anatomy. In this case, the base of the columella (where it meets the lip) is deviated off center. Without more history and and exam, it's hard to say why. It could be from the nasal spine and maxilla asymmetry, from caudal septal deviation, from prior surgery, or from injury.... and each one of those has its sub-reasons. A few thorough consultations with a surgeons specializing in rhinoplasty is really the best option .. I suggest a few so that you can compare their responses and demeanor. Hope that helps!
