Caudal septal extension graft - I’ve had a septorhinoplasty which the surgeon has extended my nose too long and made my tip turn downwards. This was not what was agreed as I liked my original nose length and tip rotation. I am looking to get a revision done for this and a few other issues, my question is, in the revision can you see where my nose length and projection previously was based on where the graft is? So if removed/trimmed can I get my old tip and length back?
