Based on your singular photo, we can see a notch at your soft tissue triangle. And our experience, this may be softened with a few droplets of Silikon-1000, a permanent soft tissue filler. The soft triangle is one of the most delicate areas of the nose, and scars or notches there can be challenging to correct. Based on your description and photo, the irregularity appears to be structural rather than just surface scarring.
• Laser or microneedling can smooth minor texture and color differences but will not restore missing volume.• Filler or small fat grafting may temporarily soften the notch and blend the contour.• For lasting correction, a revision rhinoplasty using a thin cartilage graft placed under the scarred area is usually the most effective approach.
