How can I fix my nose to improve asymmetry and breathing? (Photos)

Question

I had a rhinoplasty wirh closed technique but the surgeon did not fix the asymmetry, I feel that is even worse that before. One side is flat and there is a shadow as well. The radix area is also asymmetrical. I do have a mild external valve collapse also on that side. Is this something I have fix with revision to improve assymetry and breathing?

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. The mid-vault asymmetry can also be corrected. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
