Revision Rhinoseptoturbinoplasty + revision otoplasty - could this cause wrinkles or aging around the eye area?

Male, 28y/o, non smoker, very little drinking, weightlifter. About 7 years ago my nose was broken, i had a subsequent surgical fracture reduction. 7 years later my nose is crooked, it cracks when moved and breathing quality is not optimal. (CT Scan intetpretation summary Multiple acute nasal fractures with leftward deviation, swelling, and contacting septal deviation; paradoxical left turbinate, thickened inferior turbinates with polypoid changes, and inflammation in left frontal and sphenoid sinuses.) Went to a plastic surgeon + otorhinolaryngologist. They told me they need to perfom joint surgery to adress functional + aestethic problems. Reduction of turbines, repositioning of nasal bridge, seputm, valeves, some tip rotaition, alar reduction, spacing grafts qnd correction of the glabella/nose for nasofrontal angle. Plus i had an otoppasty 4 years ago, the sutures on the left ear poped and antihelix was not achieved, they are fixing this as well with revision rhinoplasty. Lab tests came out pristine. My questions: - I really like the shape of my eyes, concerned about osteotomy changing this. - Concerned about wrinkles and general facial aging due to trauma from surgery, especially around my eyelids - How common is for revision otoplasty to be unsuccesfull? My surgeon will have to adjust both ears for simetry, is there a risk of both of them losing antihlelix? - when raising the nasal tip will my upper lip raise? Thank you
