What are concerns in fixing a 30 year old rhinoplasty? (Photos)

30 yr old rhinoplasty has had problem of swelling splitting & draining from right nostril for many years, and caving in on right side started 10-15 yrs ago. There is slight split at tip of right nostril where it’s rehealed. The bump toward left on tip is more pronounced But has been there since surgery, but new smaller bump has started on underside of center right nostril. What all do I need to know/ask from a revision surgeon?
