33 yo - had chin lipo and platysmaplasty w/ chin incision for minor neck laxity and fullness. I'm currently 5.5 mpo. I've noticed since 3 mpo a band on the right side and folding skin depending on how I position my neck. It especially looks bad when I turn my head to the left or diagonally upwards. I brought up my concern with my PS at my last appt 2 months ago and he didn't seem concerned but I'm not happy. What went wrong and what are my options to improve the outcome(ideally non-surgically)?
