I had a necklift around 15 months ago. 4 to 6 weeks after the procedure the left side of my neck dropped. When it dropped, I started experiencing a line of pain going down my neck, where it had dropped. Months later, I started experiencing pain/sourness on the left side, under my chin. The pain under my chin and down my neck intensifies with physical activity or if I'm stressed. And the pain has become worse as time goes by. Pics are 1yr after surgery. Any ideas what's causing this?
