I'm a 54-year old, fair-skinned, and small (53kg) woman. In 2014, I had a Bilateral modified facelift - C Lift which while partially successful left me with pixie ear deformity (both ears) and noticeable scars in front of both ears). I'd like to have the issue corrected as well as address some lower face laxity and drooping of my lower lids. Moving forward I'm wondering if a deep-plane facelift is a solution (or not) and how to go about choosing the right surgeon for any work?
