My face still feels/looks thick, puffy and elevated mostly under ears at 16 mos post a 3rd facelfit. The 2 prior ops gave me pixie ears w/ other deformities. A well known revision specialist did 3rd op. Skin still elevated at jawline, under/near earlobes, which look elongated, pulled forward and stuck to my face- they're sewn into facelift scar. Before any ops I had round, detached ears. Dr. says it will take time to improve and can do nothing. It's SO unflattering. What now? Will it improve?
