I had a facelift. Facial fat grafting small. Sal submental area Feb. 16th 2021 I now have swollen glands. I’m 59. 5’ and 130 pounds. I have fair skin, and I’d say thick skin. I had loose skin around my neck that I didn’t like so a revision had been preformed. It’s better but not much. The glands show now because of the surgery. And she wasn’t concerned and we went ahead with the revision. Not happy. And don’t know if much can be done at this point.
