I had a midface lift 15 months ago which has left me with undesirable results from the position of the midface and position of cheeks esp when i smile. Can a midface lift be adjust/revised or lowered? 5mm of skin was removed from under the lower eye lids. Also have lower lid retraction. On smiling the cheeks come up too close to eyes with asymmetry on either side. There are now deep creases on lateral corners of eyes made worse on smiling . Thank you

You can always ask for a minor revision but expect fees to be charged. I think an anterior mini F?with SMAS could help the issue. Fees in the $8,000 ranges.
I understand you are very upset because you had 3 surgeries in 3 years is a lot which will definitely slow down healing thats true.
My first suggestion would be to avoid a 4th surgery in short term. Based on your photos I assume you are very young ( you look very young which means you benefited...
I would recommend a revision face/necklift. I recommend seeing a board-eligible or board-certified ACTUAL plastic surgeon with at least 6 years of integrated plastic surgery training (ideally followed by an aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society).
