Face dropped after 9 months - how long to wait for revision facelift?

Still have jowls and doctor said he could add facial fat transfer but still have loose skin on face and neck.

Three Facelifts within three years puts a lot of stress on the skin and it will take a long, long time for the skin to relax. My advice, from looking at the pictures, is to wait at least three years before any other interventions.

Pixie ears are actuslly pretty straightforward to fix if the surgeon knows how. If your original surgeon can do it that’s ideal because the costs should be minimal as opposed to going to another surgeon. But it’s worth getting a few opinions before deciding.

I think it is safe to say that after one year there's no swelling left, but the symptoms and signs you have described could be scar tissue and the visible effect of the deep structure through your skin. For this region you may need a Revision Facelift to improve these areas of concern.

The first thing I would want to know is whether you had fat injected in your cheeks or any kind of cheek implants. I admit it’s quite odd and you should get other opinions. Maybe the areas could be liposuctioned
